In rare cases, we may need to offer alternative dates or issue a refund.

Is there mobile phone signal at the hut?

Mobile signal may be limited or unavailable at this altitude, depending on your network provider. We have WiFi – using Magti mobile broadband – for guests to stay connected.

Do you have electricity? Can I charge my phone?

Every room has European plug sockets where you can charge a phone. Our electricity is generated by solar power, so these depend on sufficient battery storage power. Sometimes it isn’t possible to provide these with electricity during bad weather or all night.

Can I bring my own food and drinks to the terrace or lounge?

We ask that you enjoy the food and drinks from our café-restaurant while hanging out in the lounge or on the terrace. It helps keep a comfortable space for all our guests and supports the running of the hut. Thanks for understanding!

Are there any restrictions I should be aware of?

We ask guests to follow the hut rules to ensure everyone’s safety and comfort. Smoking is not allowed inside, and we kindly ask that you respect the communal atmosphere of the hut. No hazardous or dangerous materials are allowed on the premises, and guests who do not follow the rules may be asked to leave without a refund.
